NEW ALBUM

GET YOUR MONKEY OFF MY DOG, the Bobs' 14th CD is a stunning compilation of 18 (or 19, depending on how you count) new, original songs sprung from the dangerous minds of ASCAP-award winners (and Grammy-noms for vocal arranging) The Bobs.

Recorded in Seattle, Berkeley and in Room 144 of the Best Western in Marshalltown Iowa (yep, that's right!), this collection features guest appearances by former Bobs Gunnar Madsen and Lori Rivera.

What's the album about? Oh, the usual assortment of obvious topics. Tubas, fast food, feng shui, the wild west, vibration, lame pickup lines, the faux poor, wrong numbers, annoying simians, religious cooking, cow tipping, hope, David Mamet, giant bagels, dating, poverty, and the ability to par-tay... Amy Bob's Solo Album
NOT GONNA BE PRETTY, Amy Bob's solo album is now out and available! The CD features 14 songs (with instruments) -- two produced by Richard Bob and the others co-produced by Amy and Bob Malone (pianist from Rhapsody in Bob).

What's it sound like? Imagine an alternative universe where Suzanne Vega, Alanis Morrissette, Joe Jackson. XTC, and Ben Folds have a baby (and Billy Joel provides the epidural). Now put that baby in a CD player and it will sound like NOT GONNA BE PRETTY. (Note: back in our non-alternate universe, real babies should never be put in CD players!)

Available for purchase at Coldfoot.net.

SIGN MY SNARLING MOVIE: 25 YEARS OF THE BOBS
SIGN MY SNARLING MOVIE is now available. The documentary features clips from sold-out reunion concerts in Berkeley in 2006, fan, band and celebrity interviews, and never-before seen archival footage of The Bobs from 1981 to 2006. You can view an online trailer for it here.

THE DRUID SONG, NOW WITH 100% MORE MOOSE
We've posted a new/old video for THE DRUID SONG on our MySpace page. This was filmed live at the Temple of Music and Art in Tuscon in 2000 (and at our place in LA). The video is here, or go to www.myspace.com/thebobsmusic and click on Videos. Watch out for the moose cameo!

(Oddly enough, this video is the only thing that comes up if you search for the words "moose cameo" under videos on MySpace...)

SEASON'S GREETINGS!
Just in time for the holidays, the Bobs' Chanukah tune, 8 DAYS, is available for purchase and download - EXCLUSIVELY online at www.acatunes.com right now.
Doctor Demento played a live studio version last year and The Bobs finally recorded it for release this holiday season... enjoy!
